Shiho Sugiura (杉浦 志保 Sugiura Shiho, born January 21) is a Japanese manga artist. Her zodiac sign is Aquarius, and her blood type is AB. She is currently writing manga for "Monthly Comic Avarus", a shoujo manga magazine published by Mag Garden. She portrays herself as a panda in her author's notes.
